i like mcdonalds because i get fat and it tastes delicious

McDonalds is good. I know so because I knew a terrible employee and they fired them which was good. Some of the managers overreact. They like to yell and make you feel like crap, but that makes you afraid so you work harder. It is also funny to watch from inside the restaurant if nothing else is going on. Except a random guy came once and stood on the table and tried to steal fish from the condiments stand. He was escorted out by

My order gets messed up 3 out of 4 times. This morning 25-Sept-09 it was again messed up. On my way to work @ 620 am, I ordered two big breakfasts with 2 extra hash browns & then drove away. Just down the road I thought I better check to see if I had received the 2 extra hash browns,again no I didn't. I turned & went back to McDonald's & asked to speak to the manager. The girl that had served me kept arguing she had put the hash browns in the bag. I was not impressed with the Manager, I showed her what I had received in the bag. I received no apology and just the way she gave back the bag to me was totaly rude. I hope something is done about your customer service.

my visits have been enjoyable, with fast friendly service
and little error.

The kids working at this location are slow, rude and dirty. Also, two visits in a row, they messed up on a special order (no ketchup doesn't mean only ketchup). Guess they're illiterate, too.

THERE WERE ONLY 2 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME AND ABOUT 6-8 EMPLOYEE RUNNING AROUND DOING THEIR THING AND IT TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES TO GET A REGULAR BIG MAC COMBO.
I ABSOLUTLY WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS INDIVIDUAL RESTURANT AGAIN, I WOULD RATHER MAKE TEH DRIVE TO BELLS CORNERS THEN GIVE THIS SITE MY BUISNESS.

service is poor. no one looks happy working there. Lots of yelling by a manager. Is this the military or a restaurant?
