I concur about the guy in the drive thru window (about 30 and almost bald). Very abrupt and rude as if you're asking for a favour for extra ketchup. Never a smile, never a thank you or have a nice day. They could learn a thing or two about customer service from their McDonald's neighbours down the road! Visit the full-time McDonald employees (nice ladies) during the weekend morning hours. Completely different service - with a smile) I live in the neighbourhood and often go through the drive-thru. Without exaggeration, every third order is wrong. Whoever owns this franchise should wake up and realize some of their employees (not all) are killing business.
The guy in the drive thru ( who was at least 30) was abrupt and rude, so much so I think he's on a work release rehab program since I was actually afraid to ask for a straw... ordered ONE meal, and it was wrong, worse the MEAT WAS PINK inside. Will NEVER GO BACK. HAVE CONTACTED WENDY'S CUSOTMER SERVICE. DIDNT' EVEN BOTHER CALLING THE RESTAURANT. NASTY SERVCE, NASTY FOOD.
