Willy's Pizza

Delicious Pizza. Best Cheese in all of Ottawa for a pizza!

Well what can I say. I ordered a willy's game night special and I should say the usual on most game nights. I always ask for my pizza's well done(I think pizza oven time is like the price of GOLD for some reason). The pizza arrived and the dough was just that dough very undercooked and I find this more and more with ALL the pizza places in Kanata.
I called Willy's Kanata right away and explained the situation to the girl on the phone and THEY know who we are we ordered all the time, the girl said Well! you pizza cannot be bad the manager cooked it himself, so now I am being called a liar when I am the one eating the pizza. I hopped in my vehicle and took the pizza directly back to the location and tossed it on the counter and telling them to enjoy it more than I did. Yes I was VERY HOT under the collar.

Now the manager comes out and starts backtracking! Well if you would have spoke to me I would have given you a free pizza blah! Blah! BLAH! All this to save face with the customers in the store. We have never been back and never will and that was at least 6 months ago.

Best pizza in Ottawa. We had the Canadian and the all meat. Piled high and smothered in cheese, these very large pizza's were a taste delight compared to the many cardboard creations we've had from other places. We highly recommend this pizza for anyone who loves pizza.
